Can I Have This Dance?

I went home this weekend! I wasn't sure if i was going to or not, but then Taylors old leader from Vegas, Sis. Tober, called and asked if i was and if i would be able to take her nephew Bo with me. So I decided I would go home!
We didn't leave Cedar until 7pm, cuz Bo had baseball practice, and so we got to Vegas around 8pm Vegas time! I didnt do much Friday night, just hung out with my family =] Which is always the greatest.
BUT Saturday had to be the BEST DAY EVER!!!!! My mom, me and my 4 year old cousin Dylan, we went and saw High School Musical 3. It seriously was the best movie I have seen in a LONG time. I loved it soooooo much! Dylan, hahah she loved it too! And so did my mom. After that we had to go to Melanie Larsens wedding! It was fun! Then, after that, I begged my mom to take me to Target so I could buy the High School Musical 3 soundtrack.. and it is freakin AMAZING. The best song, and scene, from the movie is called "Can I Have This Dance". It is incredibly adorable.
Anyways, it was a lot of fun! I love going home! =]

SAMUELS SURPRISE FAREWELL PARTY!

Aw my buddy Sam is leaving to Provo tomorrow morning! He's getting married soon, and he needs to get a head start on life. I'm totally gonna miss him, he has been like a brother to me! But I'm so proud of all that he will be doing, so I only wish the best for him!
Today, me and my roommates decided to throw him surprise farewell party! Me and Alicia and Mark took him to St.George with us, to keep him out of my apartment. We went to In N' Out, and he kept saying "lets go u guys! i wanna invite some guys over and grill some meat and watch the game!" hahaha, so me and Alicia took forever. And then, when we drove back, Alicia decided to go 60mph, hahahhaha, and Sam was like "why are u driving so slow?" and I was just like "yeah, alicia, whats goin on with your car?!" and we just started laughing. He obviously didnt get it. The whole time i was texting my roommate Sarah Jane, asking her to decorate and stuff, and seeing how much longer we should stahl. Finally we got home, and Sam went to his house. I went and invited a bunch of the neighborhood homies (=]), and they all came over and hid in our kitchen. Sarah went and got Sam and we all yelled surprise! It was awesome! He was so surprised! We had cake and ice cream and took tons of pictures! He even got to watch his game. hahaha.. Vegas Trip!

So this last weekend, my friend Sydney and I went back to Vegas! I was so excited to be home! It was way fun getting to bring Sydney too! We got there on Friday, and we surprised my mom. I told her that I wasnt coming to vegas until saturday. We showed up at her work and she started crying =] It was great! Hahah. Then we went to my house and my dad was there, he was way surprised too! After that, my parents took me and Sydney to dinner at Dennys! It was delicious!

Later that night, Syd and I went and hung out with my boys! Derek, Kyle, Jon, his little brother Tommy, and Nick. It was fun! We went to wal-mart and pretty much played hide and seek. Derek took my cell phone and then decided to play a game of hide and seek with it, passing it to all his friends. hahahah...it sucked a little. But still, it was way fun! Then we went to Del-Taco, and to Bilbray Elementary school to just chill. Sydney and I didnt get home until about 3am. Crazy!

On Saturday, we went to the salon and my mom did our hair PINK! oh yeah! Its so cute! In the pics on here, you cant really tell how pink my hair actually is! I have to take a picture of it in the sun and then put it up later. =]

Anyways, so after we got our hair done, we went home, picked up my dad, and went to dinner at macayos! YUMMY! Then later that night, me and sydney went to the strip with the boys! It was so cold outside! We parked at the Sahara, and then we walked all the way to the treasure island. It was great! We stopped a bunch of times and took pics. It was so much fun! And we didnt get home till late that night too! I couldnt find where I parked my car in the parking garage, so we spent forever making my alarm go on and off, and running thru each floor searching. Hahah. So anyways, here are the pictures we took! I'll be sure to add one of me in the SUN later..

General Conference

General Conference was an amazing experience for me. Derek and I drove up to Orem on Saturday morning, and he fell asleep so I just blasted my music and sang real loud by myself! Haha. We got to Stacy's house in Orem and all three of us went to Burger King for some breakfast. Then we made our way to Salt Lake City. I called Taylor when we got there, and she told me that our friend Cameron wouldn't be able to go! But it was ok. We gave our extra ticket away later!

We got so lost though! We had to follow all the dumb cones and so we werent ever able to meet up with Taylor so i could give her a parking pass and her ticket! It didn't help that there was a sheet of rain in front of us. hahaha. Really I couldn't see anything! It was insane!



Eventually we found Taylor, and we all parked in the parking garage that our parking pass was for.

We got into the conference building and I was just so amazed at how beautiful it is. We had seats up in the balcony, and really, I wouldn't have chose to sit anywhere else. It was a great view. I saw how many people came and the entire Conference center. I loved it so much. The speakers were so inspiring.

After conference, we drove around for like 2 hours trying to figure out what to eat, but we ended up not eating anyways. hahah. Then I said by to Taylor, and Derek, Stacy, and I drove back to Orem to drop Stacy off. Me and Derek changed into pajamas, and Stacy's mom fed us, and then we headed back to Cedar.

Again, Derek slept all the way back. Hahah. And I was so tired and it was still raining like crazy! So I just wanted to get back home quickly!

Derek left on Sunday, and I spent the rest of the day watching Conference. The 2pm Sunday session was amazing. I got so many of my questions answered. It was great!

Today, it's nice here in Cedar! Sort of cold! 63 degrees at the moment! I decided to walk to school, and I have to say i LOVE walking to school! I get to listen to my music and just breathe in the fresh air. Its so great.

School was pretty good today! I didnt do much, but it was still good! Tomorrow in my acting class, we have to perform our monologues and get graded on them! Im pretty excited because Im comfortable and happy with the monologue i chose.

Oh, and later tonight we are having Family Home Evening! I always love our F.H.E's. Its fun to just hangout with people from my complex. Im not sure what we're doing for the activity, but I know it will be fun! As always!

Wow, Im a Slacker!

So I have been a blog slacker these past 2 weeks! Im sorry! School's been keeping me really busy! Today, I went and did my service project for being a theatre major. I was at school from 3-6pm helping out with the High School shakespearean competition. It was crazy! But pretty cool! Anyways, here are some pics of whats been going on!

So all this is whats been going on lately! =] Having fun with alicia and my roommates! This weekend im going to conference! Just the saturday session, at 2 O'clock. My best friend Derek came into town today, and he's going with me! We are picking my roommate Stacy up in Orem on our way to Salt Lake City on Saturday. She went home to spend time with her family before conference. Taylor and our friend Cameron are meeting us in Salt Lake City and we are going together! We might go check out Temple Square and stuff, if we get there early enough. Then after the session, we are all going to dinner and then me and derek are gonna go to stacys house and spend the night, and go back to Cedar in the morning! Im SO EXCITED! I'll let u know how much fun I have!
